Privacy Policy

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

 

Data we collect:

Names, collected from our Subscriber forms, Help Center tickets and Members' Area so we can address packages, emails and phone calls properly.

Addresses, collected from our Members' Area, are only used to send your orders out to you! 😊

Email addresses, collected from our Subscriber forms and Members' Area for sending order updates after purchase, as well as newsletters that contain exclusive offers and updates about heyDesireé.

Phone numbers, collected from Help Center tickets and Members' Area, are only used in the event we need to contact the customer directly regarding complicated issues with orders, the website, etc. where continued email conversations would further expand the problem.

Payment and billing information, collected from the Members' Area and from Point-of-Sale transactions, is used only to complete your order. Third-party merchants that we use:

- PayPal

- QuickBooks

- Wix Stores

Tax Policy

heyDesireé may collect tax at the point of purchase. In these cases, tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial/state, county and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address associated with your order. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges. If you return an item for refund, you will also receive a refund for the sales tax you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the sales tax you paid on the shipping and handling for that particular item/order, as the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable once an item has been shipped.

 

NOTE:

In cases where heyDesireé does not collect tax upon purchase of your order, your country/jurisdiction may levy tax upon receipt of your items, please see note under Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Note: As we all know, COVID-19 has impacted many friends, families, and industries. We will working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, as updates are changing daily. We will keep you posted along the way until your order is at your doorstep. Thank you for your support and understanding!

We offer 2 delivery options within the continental US:

  • First-Class Mail

  • Priority Mail

We also offer International shipping.

  • Shipping times will vary based on destination.

  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of the shipment.

  • Your purchase may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees

Please see note under in Refund & Exchange Policy regarding cases where the wrong address has been entered.

NOTE:

You may encounter a customs, tax or duty fee when receiving your order. This is not in the control of heyDesireé and this fee will be dependent on your country. Please be advised that heyDesireé is not responsible for customs, taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. In the event that a product arrives damaged, a new one will be shipped out on a case by case basis. Thank you for understanding!

For damaged stock, please email heydesiree.yt@gmail.com with the subject line "DAMAGED STOCK" and your order number. Please note: Desireé will return email inquiries regarding heyDesireé within three business days.

NOTE:

If the customer enters the wrong address, the shipment will be returned to our facility and the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed. Any shipments that go unclaimed or are undelivered (due to the delivery company not being able to fulfill an order for any reason i.e. no apartment number given, missing buzz code, etc.) are also returned to our facility, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If the customer chooses not to reship their order, they will be refunded for the product only (and any taxes that were applied).

Bulk Order Inquiries

For any orders of 10 or more of any one item, please send inquiries to heydesiree.yt@gmail.com or fill out the form in the Help Center so that we can contact you, come to an agreement and process your order as quickly as possible.

NOTE:

Please do not place orders of higher quantities from the regular shop page as this will lengthen the manufacturing and handling process for your order and for others. Thank you for your cooperation!
